These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pklucl ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the pklucl website or services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. Please read the complete document carefully.

1 General Terms

3 Age Verification and Eligibility Requirements

pklucl is open only to individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• Government-issued identification may be required for age verification.
• In the event of a false age declaration, the account will be closed immediately.
• It is the responsibility of every adult member to ensure that underage members of their household cannot access the platform.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

pklucl currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Please verify the correct account number before making a payment.
• Deposits must be made from your registered mobile number only.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

pklucl offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.1 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the bonus details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

5.2 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

pklucl reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following cases:

• In cases of providing false information or identity fraud.
• When a pattern of bonus abuse is detected.
• When multiple accounts are operated from the same device or network.
• When a technical error is exploited.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pklucl are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Each game and sports market has its own rules, which are stated in the game interface.

• Abnormal results caused by a system error will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the game state will be saved on the server.
• If an unusually large number of bets fall on the same outcome for any reason, pklucl may set a maximum payout limit.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the pklucl platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or technical manipulation.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Conducting transactions in violation of the payment provider's policies.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Promoting harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

8 Privacy and Data Security

9.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the member's actual balance will be returned before permanent closure. Bonus funds will always be considered cancelled.
